Get Your Hunt on the Wall.
Hunt Spotlight submissions are reviewed by the chapter board. Once approved, you’ll get access to submit photos and stories from any hunt — past or future.
How submissions work
Request access
Fill out the form to the right. We need your name, email, SCI member number (if you have one), and a sentence or two about your hunting background.
Board review
The chapter board reviews submission requests on a rolling basis. We're looking for active SCI members, regional supporters, and friends of the chapter. Approval typically takes a few days.
Receive your login
Approved submitters get a chapter website account with submitter access. You'll receive an email with login credentials.
Submit your hunts
Log in any time to submit hunt photos and stories. Each submission is reviewed by chapter admins before publishing to the public gallery.
Why the approval step? The Hunt Spotlight Gallery is the chapter’s public face. We want every submission to come from someone who’s part of the SCI community — and we want to keep quality high.

Tips for a strong submission
• Photo quality matters.
Bright, sharp, well-composed photos make the difference between a card that gets clicked and one that gets scrolled past.
• Tell the story, not the stats.
A great submission is 60% experience, 40% facts. Why this hunt mattered. The challenge. The moment.
• Be honest about the hunt.
Where, how, with what. Members appreciate authenticity over polish.
• Multiple photos are encouraged.
A trophy shot is great. A trophy shot plus a camp scene plus a landscape tells a story.
• Don't worry about word counts.
300 words is enough. 1,000 is fine too.
