Get in Touch
Have a question about membership, sponsorship, events, donations or trophy scoring? The easiest way to contact the chapter is the form below. Alternatively, you can reach the board by mail.
Contact the chapter online
We typically respond within 2–3 business days. For ticket or event questions close to the dinner, the phone numbers on the Night of the Hunter page are the fastest way to reach us.
To help us route your note, mention the topic in your message. Here’s a quick guide to what we can help with:
- Membership: joining SCI through the chapter, renewals and member events.
- Tickets: the Annual Night of the Hunter dinner and other chapter events.
- Sponsorship: supporting the dinner or a specific program.
- Trophy scoring: connecting you with a certified scorer near you.
- Sensory Safari and Blue Bags: booking a Sensory Safari visit or donating Blue Bag items.
- Volunteering: helping at youth days, the dinner or community events.
Prefer mail? Send letters and checks to the PO box below. Either way, a chapter volunteer will read your message, because the board runs on volunteers rather than paid staff.
We’re also happy to hear from local businesses, schools and youth groups that want to work with us. For example, a school might want a Sensory Safari visit, or a business might want to sponsor the dinner. Finally, if you’re not sure who to ask, contact the chapter anyway, and we’ll point you in the right direction.
