• Hors d’oeuvres: 5:00 p.m.
• Dinner: 6:30 p.m.
• Open Bar: 4:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

• Adult Dinner Tickets — $100.00 each
• Youth Tickets (16 and under) — $40.00 each

Deadline for Diamond Sponsorships, Gold Sponsorships, Captain’s Tables, and Early Bird is February 28, 2026.

Sponsorship & Table Packages

Diamond Sponsorship — $1,000.00

Includes $1,000.00 worth of Safari Bucks to be used on all raffles, 2 Dinner Tickets, and a chance to win a Henry Long Ranger .243 Win ($1,000.00 MSRP). Safari Bucks will be given at the door.

Gold Sponsorship — $500.00

Includes $500.00 worth of Safari Bucks and a chance to win a CZ 600 Alpha 7.62×39 ($500.00 MSRP). Safari Bucks will be given at the door.

Captain’s Tables

Purchase 10 Dinner Tickets all at one time, on one order form, and you will be a “Table Captain.” The Table Captain will receive a Captain’s Hat and a chance to win an Anderson Arms AR-15 5.56 ($400.00 MSRP).

Early Bird

Purchase your tickets before February 28, 2026 and you will automatically be entered in a drawing to win a “Raffle Ticket Package.”

Chapter Gun of the Year
