Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. This site uses only a few, mostly to make forms, ticket checkout and payments work. We don’t use advertising cookies, and we don’t currently run website analytics.

Cookies this site uses

• Essential site features. The ticket cart cookie (tec-tickets-commerce-cart) remembers the tickets you’ve picked during checkout. WordPress sign-in cookies are used only by chapter volunteers who log in to manage the site, and a caching cookie (_lscache_vary) makes sure signed-in volunteers see up-to-date pages.
• Security. Cloudflare Turnstile runs on pages with forms to check that a real person is submitting, and may store information in your browser to do that.
• Payments. Stripe sets cookies on the ticket checkout and donation pages to process payments securely and prevent fraud.
• Embedded maps. The maps on some pages come from Google Maps. Google may set cookies when a map loads or when you use it.

Managing cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential, security or payment cookies, ticket checkout, donations and forms may not work.
