These terms apply to your use of this website, which is run by the SCI East Ohio / Northwest PA Chapter of Safari Club International (“the chapter,” “we”). By using the site, you agree to them.

About the site

The site shares information about the chapter, its events and its programs. We work to keep it accurate, but event details, prices and schedules can change. The event page and your ticket email have the latest details.

Content and trademarks

Text, photos and graphics on this site belong to the chapter or are used with permission. Safari Club International, SCI and the SCI logo are trademarks of Safari Club International, used here by the chapter as an SCI chapter. Partner and sponsor logos belong to their owners. You’re welcome to share links and short quotes with credit; please ask before reusing photos or larger parts of the site.

Your submissions

When you send a hunt story, photo, message or other content, you confirm that it’s yours to share, that the hunt was legal and fair chase, and that anyone pictured agreed to the photo. You allow the chapter to publish your submission on its website and social media, with credit, and to edit it for length. We may decline or remove any submission.

Tickets and donations

Ticket purchases and online donations are processed securely by Stripe. Tickets are for the event and date shown. For questions about an order, a refund or a change, use the contact form; requests are handled case by case. Your donation receipt shows the amount and date of your gift; ask your tax advisor how it applies to your situation.

Using the site responsibly

Please don’t misuse the site: no spam, harassment, attempts to get around its security, or automated collection of other people’s information.

Links to other websites

We link to Safari Club International, partner organizations, sponsors and wildlife agencies. We aren’t responsible for their content or policies.

No guarantees

The site is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, the chapter isn’t responsible for losses that come from using the site or relying on its content. Hunting regulations change, so always check the current rules from the Ohio Division of Wildlife and the Pennsylvania Game Commission.
